Website & Service Terms

1. Role of ConstructAnvil
ConstructAnvil provides business-to-business sourcing, market intelligence, matching and commercial introduction services. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, ConstructAnvil is not the contractor performing construction works, does not supervise site works and does not act as principal designer, principal contractor, employer's agent or contract administrator.
2. Buyer responsibility
Buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence, procurement decisions, competency checks, references, insurance checks, accreditations, financial checks, contract terms, health and safety obligations and project-specific compliance.
3. Contractor and supplier responsibility
Contractors and suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, their competence, pricing, availability, insurance, certifications, statutory compliance and delivery of any work they accept.
4. Introductions
An introduction does not constitute a recommendation, warranty or guarantee of appointment, performance, payment, project award or commercial outcome. Parties decide independently whether to proceed.
5. Verification language
ConstructAnvil will only describe credentials, accreditations or evidence as verified where relevant evidence has actually been checked. Verification is point-in-time and does not replace the buyer's own checks.
6. Commercial fees
Any introduction fee, sourcing fee, retained search fee, success fee, commission or margin must be agreed in writing with the relevant contracting party before it becomes payable. Website content alone does not create a fee obligation.
7. Public opportunities
Public tenders, frameworks, awards and notices may be used as market intelligence or demand signals. ConstructAnvil does not claim public opportunities are exclusive unless there is separate evidence supporting exclusivity.
8. Information accuracy
We aim to use reliable information but project circumstances, availability and public data can change quickly. Users should independently confirm material information before relying on it commercially.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConstructAnvil is not responsible for losses arising from decisions made solely from website information or from the acts, omissions, defaults or performance of independent buyers, contractors or suppliers introduced through the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
The ConstructAnvil name, website copy, design system and original materials are intended to be proprietary to the ConstructAnvil business, subject to third-party rights and formal brand protection where applicable.
